Selina Yeop JR.
Selina Yeop Jr is a seasoned professional with over 30 years in public relations and a diverse skill set. She is not only a trailblazing entrepreneur, designer, author, and a parent of three boys but also the founder of Salina & Associates PR, a boutique public relations consultancy. Her unique corporate finance background has made her an expert in investor relations and company listings.
Recognized for her expertise, Selina serves as an Advisor-in-Residence for Penjana Kapital’s mentorship initiative, supporting emerging businesses. In 2008, she was honoured with the Darjah Ahli Mahkota Perak (A.M.P.) award for her significant contributions to Public Relations in Perak.
Selina’s creativity extends beyond PR with her co-founding of Romyda_KL, a luxury fashion line, and THESELINA, an accessory brand. She’s also a board member of TSH Resources Berhad and an active member of the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce, where she established the women’s wing.
She’s a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment, emphasizing networking for solutions. Selina is actively involved in charitable initiatives, serving on the committee of the Lost Food Project, which rescues surplus food for underprivileged communities, and supporting the Rose Foundation’s mission to eliminate cervical cancer in Malaysia.
In addition to her professional achievements, Selina co-authored two books, “Success in Small and Medium Business: The IPO Debut” and “Small Business Stories,” with proceeds benefiting the Negri Sembilan Chinese Maternity Hospital and the Women’s Institute of Management.
